Terms of Payment |

Terms are net 30 days on open account only.
All accounts unpaid beyond 30 days will be considered past
due and will incur finance charge at the rate of 1.5% (18%
annually) on all unpaid sums together with such attorney
fees and all costs including but not limited to,
collections, skip, tracing, title researching and court
costs, as the seller (Fujiwa Group USA Inc.) may incur in
the enforcement of this obligation.
Returned checks subject to minimum $30.00 service charge. |

Packing
Charge |
For small
orders via UPS or any package express, there will be a
minimum $7.00 charge per package. |

Return Policy |
A 30%
restocking charge will apply on all material returned. No
returns will be accepted unless accompanied with a copy of
Sales Order. No return will be accepted after 15 days of
delivery date. |

Inspection |
It is the
buyer’s responsibility to inspect all materials before
installation and Fujiwa Tile will not be liable for and will
not recognize any claim after installation. All ceramic tile
colors are subject to shade variation. |

UPS |
At
customer’s risk, Fujiwa Tile will not be responsible for any
breakage and damage. |
